All Woven Sun content, products and prices shown on this Web Site are subject to change with out notice. We make the best possible effort to display accurate images and descriptions of our products, including the colours; Colour shades may vary as differences in temperature, dyeing times and other factors can affect the production process.

For example, products may be unavailable, may have been represented or described incorrectly, or may actually carry a different price than stated. PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION
Please follow the check out instructions to process your order. Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via email to acknowledge that your order has been received, If you have not received Order Confirmation within 24-48 hours please contact Customer Service, as your payment may not of been successful.
All orders are subject to approval by Woven Sun. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

For any Queries or complaints you must firstly contact Woven Sun by email setting out details of complaint, Please contact support via email we will investigate your complaint and respond to you in writing setting out the outcome of our investigation into your enquire/complaint and propose any steps required to remedy your complaint.
