Woven Sun would like you to be forever happy with your items , all products are hand made to order, sorry no exchanges, Woven Sun will try to make every effort to ensure the perfect fit, or offer online store credit. You must please contact Woven Sun firstly, items are not to be returned, unless deemed faulty or damaged, they must not be washed or worn. 

Please notify Woven Sun within 30 days of receiving your item.

Faulty Goods
If upon receiving products already damaged, item/s products may be refunded to the same value for which it was originally purchased.
Item/s must be in original unused condition please keep all tags attached, proof of purchase must also be presented upon returning faulty/damaged goods.
Woven Sun, the Online boutique/store owner or managing retailer reserves the right to assess by age and/or condition of the returned item/s firstly and prior to offering an exchange or refund. Please inform Woven Sun within 30 days of receiving your item/s damaged or faulty via email to
